  To be honest living in The Grandhoues York that is a great experience we never had in our life before, my family and I travel to York town and when we are looking for accommodation we fund the Grandhouse in the google map and with lots of good reviews then we decided to stay for one night. The owner are super nice. Rooms look like five star hotel everything in house are incredible. For sure we will be back next time.

  Amazing The hosts Leanne and Ron made you feel as if it was your own home the place is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and well maintained breakfast was yummy and a lot of ingredients were home made.
  If you need a break from the hustle and bustle this the place for you.
  Could not fault in anyway. 10 out of 10

  Gorgeous place and the hosts are so friendly and personable. Just a quick overnight stay but such comfort. Like being at home except with a big and yummy brekkie selection. Thanks Leanne and Ron.

  This was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful B&B's we have encountered in Western Australia.
  Elegant decor and setting with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. Every detail meticulously covered. Ron, our host was most welcoming and the perfect host.

  Lovely hosts lovely stay. We had a nice room with a little garden. This gave us our private space for our dog too. Rooms were clean and so were linen. Living room was inviting with books, piano, board games, music player. We also enjoyed Afternoon tea and continental breakfast with fresh homemade muffins, scones, toast, yogurt, fruits etc. Talking to hosts was heartwarming. Nice lovely stay.
